Chain making workshop recap

We recently ran our first chain-making intensive—one day devoted to learning to make a cable chain, the workhorse of chains, and a great introduction to making chains of all sorts. I love making chains. It’s what I do when I am out of ideas or need a break between more intense projects. There’s something contemplative about getting into the rhythm of making them. Making chain is a repetitive process. When it’s going well, it can be an almost zen-like experience.
