It’s no secret that coming together with others to make something with your hands is good for you. It improves your mood and helps connect your to yourself, others, and a larger community. Anyone can access that creative side, and everyone can benefit from it. CJAS is happy to offer you the opportunity to dip your toes into the art and craft of jewelry-making.
Available event types
we will help you plan and execute an event that fits your needs. Events include guided instruction for a pre-approved project that will allow all participants to leave with a piece of handmade jewelry. Our events include, but are not limited to:
Wrap It Up! — learn how to shape and connect silver and add a decorative wire-wrapped element to make a pendant or earrings to take with you. Skills include design and wire-wrapping. No two pieces will be the same. Duration: 2 hours
Time to Make the Donuts — learn to put your own stamp on wardrobe-staple stud earrings by adding unique texture to your metal “donuts”. Duration: 2 hours
Sip and Silver: learn to texture and make a sterling silver ring while you sip a glass of wine. Each ring will be as unique as you are. Duration: 2 hours
Riveting Jewelry — learn to make jewelry without heat by creating rivets to hold metal together. Duration: 3 hours
